As fireworks lit up the sky this 4th of July in the United States, our special guest visited one of our partners, Riedl, clients’ robotic systems in Milan, Italy.

In the spirit of innovation and excellence, we recently introduced new partnerships and solutions during the 2024 HDA Distribution Management Conference located at the JW Marriott Desert Springs Resort & Spa in Palm Desert, CA, to further improve our customer’s capabilities and workflows.

We were thrilled to partner with GPI and Riedl Phasys, both pioneers in their respective fields of robotics.

GPI is a global company headquartered in Italy with over 30 years of experience in software, technologies and services for digital health. They specialize in pharmacy Automation for the management of drug supply chains.

To celebrate our collaboration with our esteemed partner, DOit ERP organized a special opportunity at the 2024 HDA Distribution Management Conference: a round trip to Milan, the capital of Lombardy in northern Italy to visit the Riedl Robots installation.

Julia Mathai from Sumitomo Pharma America was the lucky winner of this exciting journey. She had the opportunity to experience the technology of Riedl Phasys in one of the most beautiful cities in the world.

The GPI representative, Roberto Merone, walked around the facility with Julia showing how the system works and how important this innovation is in the drug supply chain area.

According to Riedl automation, you can choose among a wide range of finishes and colors for your RIEDL Phasys project.

By using the external shelves, which can be attached directly to RIEDL Phasys exterior panels, the front side of the system becomes a furnishing component, perfectly integrated in your pharmacy or wholesale operation. Moreover, the external glass panels will let your customers enjoy the technological core present in your pharmacy.

Also, you can customize the number and position of the outputs. Thanks to the ad-hoc delivery system, each item can reach any point in your pharmacy or wholesale operation (including different floors) with incomparable speed.

You can create your own RIEDL Phasys system according to your specific needs.
