Hey everyone!

DOit is constantly updating and enhancing our system with your suggestions and necessary industry requirements. The month of June has been packed with lots of new releases, and we are happy to share with you.

To make it easier for you to find what you’re interested in, we’ve separated the releases by modules.

Below you can find the most important release notes for this month.

Contacts

  • Phone numbers were saved without special characters, making it easier to filter.

EPCIS

  • Allows multiple companies with different or the same GLNs to be counted when receiving EPCIS files.

Finances

  • Allows users to select multiple pre-authorized entries in Finances :: Payments :: Receive :: Pre-Authorized to charge.
  • Now is possible to sort by credit on Finances :: List 3.

Invoices

  • Once the organization is set, the address will also be set on the invoice.
  • Added alternative invoice email template on Invoices :: Out :: Record.
  • Enabled T3 filter under Batch tab.

Purchases

  • Now is possible to edit PO reference if the status is: CREATED, REOPENED or PARTIALLY_RECEIVED on Purchases :: Record.

Sales

  • Added Web store, Federal document, and State document columns to Sales :: On Hold.

Repack, Products, Inventory, Receiving, Invoice, Shipping, Sales and Contacts

  • Now you can filter products by NDC without the need to add the hyphen on it.
