29 Aug Monthly Update: New Versions Released in August 2024

Hey everyone!

DOit is constantly updating and enhancing our system with your suggestions and necessary industry requirements. The month of June has been packed with lots of new releases, and we are happy to share them with you.

To make it easier for you to find what you’re interested in, we’ve separated the releases by modules.

Below you can find the most important release notes for this month.

Company Setup

  • If the T3 integration is enabled, the system will automatically create any new organization the user might create on T3 and update the existing ones.
  • Change GLN field on Company Setup :: Main to SGLN/GLN.

Contacts

  • Add the FedEx and UPS account numbers to the Contact list report on Contacts :: List 1.
  • Change GLN field on Contacts :: Record :: Address to SGLN/GLN.
  • Added a new Customer Organization column to all reports related to Sales, Sale Invoices and Service Invoices. 

Receiving

  • Added GTIN column on Receiving :: Record.
  • A warning message will be shown when receiving a short-dated item.

EDI

  • Now you can send EDI 810 that doesn’t have an inbound reference.

Finances

  • Now it is possible to move entries in bulk.
  • New spreadsheet was added showing the totals for credit, debit and the result organized by month and year.
  • Added date created and user creator on Finances :: Transactions.
  • Added user creator on Transactions – Detailed

Invoices

  • Added GLN on Invoice :: Record Bill to and Ship to boxes.
  • Added GTIN on Invoices :: Out :: Record :: Items.

Product

  • Added last sold date column on Products :: List 1 and Products :: List 2.
  • Not possible to delete a supplier from a product if there is a Goods Receipt to be paid related to it.
  • Dosage is now passed forward to EPCIS generation.
  • New field: dosage form.

Shipping

  • Added GTIN on Shipping :: Record :: Items.
  • Added a new report Packaging Barcodes for pharma on Shipping :: Setup :: Packages.
  • From now on, it is possible to generate SSCC stickers.

Sales

  • Added a “Phone” column to Sales :: ALL :: List on report “Orders”.
  • Sales are canceled when the item has no quantity, and the sale has a pickup warehouse.
  • Sales on the Sales :: On Hold tab shows the Rep Hold on the Restrictions column when the user has clicked on the Reserve Stock
