Hey everyone!

DOit is constantly updating and enhancing our system with your suggestions and necessary industry requirements. The month of November has been packed with lots of new releases, and we are happy to share them with you.

To make it easier for you to find what you’re interested in, we’ve separated the releases by modules.

Below you can find the most important release notes for this month.

Contacts

  • Added Street Name filter to Contacts:: List1 & Contacts:: List2.

E-commerce

  • Added new Height, Width, Depth, Weight Gross, Weight Net, Diameter, and Volume fields to the WebStore Product API which allowed Shopify to integrate values.

Invoices

  • DOit sends SSCC on EPCIS.
  • Add Bill To – Tag and Ship To – Tag to Invoices :: Out :: Pending, Invoices :: Out :: List, Invoices:: In :: List.
  • Added the “Customer State” column to Inventory :: Out Inventory Levels Report.

Shipping

  • Allowed package-type barcodes to be scanned on the checkout screen.
  • Added the scanned SSCC on the Shipping :: Record :: Packages.
  • Shipping cost has been added to the goods receipt report.
  • Previously at Shipping :: Setup :: Packages there was a limit of 99 packages. That was removed. The user can create unlimited packages now.
  • It is allowed to scan box barcodes that do not have the quantity embedded.
  • Do not allow for EPCIS-generated purchase receipts to be scanned since all data came from the file.

Receiving

  • New GTIN column on Receiving :: Record :: Batch.
  • Goods receipt shipping cost has been added to the “Goods Receipts” export.
  • Allows items in a PO to be received separately if some are not listed in the EPCIS file.

Purchases

  • When removing the sale link of one item on a purchase order with two items of the same product, the items will not merge if one of the costs is different.
  • Added “Created By” and “Date Created” columns to Purchases :: Pending.

Sales

  • Created new Sales :: $ :: Items
  • A new audit report with contact info was added to Sales :: All :: Items.
  • Sale status has been added to the ordered items report.
  • Add the SKU component column to Sales:: Record:: Items, Sales:: My Sales:: Pending, and Sales:: All:: Pending.
  • At Sales:: Record, an NDC column was added to almost all of the PDF reports.
