Monthly Update: New Versions Released in January 2025

Hey everyone!

DOit is constantly updating and enhancing our system with your suggestions and necessary industry requirements. The month of January has been packed with lots of new releases, and we are happy to share them with you.

To make it easier for you to find what you’re interested in, we’ve separated the releases by modules.

Below you can find the most important release notes for this month.

 

Invoices

  • New invoices SSCC will store more info such as SO and box.
  • The warehouse selection on Invoices:: In:: Record is now mandatory.

 

Contacts

  • Add UPS Account # and FedEx Account # to advanced search Contacts:: List 1 and List 2.

 

Task

  • Adding multiple filters to calendar tasks.
  • Keeps selected filters on the calendar view after navigation to other tabs and modules.

 

Inventory

  • Checking if quantity equals zero on moving inventory, Inventory::Out.
  • Added new Disregard for COGS column to Inventory::Setup::Warehouses, to determine if items in that warehouse will impact the product’s average cost.

 

Shipping

  • Support for EZEdi 856 OUT Files generation.
  • The Back button on the screen to add weights to packages leads back to the checkout scanner page.
  • Allowed to edit the package SSCC on Shipping::Record::Packages.
  • Available rates on the Available Rates toolbar on Shipping::Record are now grouped by the Company and sorted first by Company, then by earliest to latest estimated arrival date.
  • Shipping orders with the status as Draft are now shown on the Shipping::Picking tab instead of Shipping::Allocation.

 

Sales

  • Available rates on the Available Rates toolbar on Sales::Record are now grouped by the Company and sorted first by Company then by earliest to latest estimated arrival date.

 

Receiving

  • Improved time when receiving EPCIS on Receiving::Inbox::Pending.
  • Some columns in Receiving::Record::Batch, which is part of an EPCIS collection, should not be editable. Additionally, the SN component should not be used.
  • Added a new upload EPCIS file toolbar button in Receiving::All for machine level EPCIS files (version 1.0).
  • Improved upload time for big EPCIS files in Receiving::Inbox::Pending.

 

Purchases

  • Available rates on the Available Rates toolbar on Purchases::Record are now grouped by Company and sorted first by Company and then by estimated arrival date, earliest to latest.
  • Adding the full SKU in Purchases::Pending.

 

Integrations

  • Future-proofing changes for EzEDI integration.
