27 Feb Monthly Update: New Versions Released in February 2025

Hey everyone!

DOit is constantly updating and enhancing our system with your suggestions and necessary industry requirements. The month of February has been packed with lots of new releases, and we are happy to share them with you.

To make it easier for you to find what you’re interested in, we’ve separated the releases by modules.

Below you can find the most important release notes for this month. 

Invoices

  • The EDI 810 file now integrates DOit’s payment terms for EzEdi.

 

Contacts

  • Changing the title in Contacts::Record::Addresses from GLN/SGLN to SGLN or GLN.

 

EPCIS

  • Further improvements for integration with Tracelink.
  • Improved GLN/SGLN field validation across the system.
  • Allows  event time data to be retrieved from received files to be passed along upon invoicing.

 

Inventory

  • Added a new report in Inventory::Out called Item Trail Report.

 

Shipping

  • Added filter Component in Shipping::Pending::Items.
  • Added filter Component in Shipping::Record::Items.
  • Added a SSCC list on Shipping::Shipments::SSCC.
  • Added sorting and filtering to all columns in the listing located in Shipping::Record::Packages.

 

Sales

  • Added filter Component in Sales::Record::Items.
  • Added filter Component in Sales::My Sales::Pending.
  • Added filter Component in Sales::All::Pending.
  • Added a connected POs link on My Sales::All.

 

Receiving

  • New PO Status column in Receiving::Inbox.

 

Purchases

  • Added filter Component in Purchases::Record::Items.
  • Rating added to SKU in Purchases::Pending.

 

Products

  • Now, the “Qty. at Vendor” field is automatically updated by an incoming 832 file if information is present.
  • The globe column now lists the quantity at suppliers.
  • Added GTIN in Products::List 1.
