DOit Moving: A day of rafting

At DOit, we believe that a healthy team is a happier, more productive and motivated team. With this in mind, we created DOit Moving, an internal challenge aimed at encouraging healthier habits through regular exercise. The program, which lasts all year, allows each participant to set their own personal goal, in addition to offering basic challenges that are common to all. The goal is clear: to promote well-being, overcome limits and, of course, make it all fun!

Over the months, we have enthusiastically followed the efforts of the participants, who have challenged themselves and achieved important milestones for their health and quality of life. And to celebrate the best performances, we have prepared special prizes, including an adrenaline-filled experience: a day of rafting, accompanied by a trail and a mud pool!

An adventure down the river

The DOit Moving winners had a day of champions. The experience began with rafting, an adrenaline-pumping activity that tested everyone’s teamwork and courage.

With helmets and life jackets at the ready, we braved the rapids with courage and lots of energy! Amidst laughter, shouts of excitement and teamwork to paddle in the right direction, the activity further reinforced the collaborative spirit that we value at DOit.

After rafting, we headed to an invigorating trail, where the team was able to connect with nature before ending the day in the mud pool. No one came away clean, but everyone left with a smile on their face and unforgettable stories to tell.

Overcoming challenges while having fun!

DOit Moving is much more than just an exercise challenge. It is a journey of overcoming, commitment and fun, encouraging everyone to take care of their own health without leaving aside team spirit and collective motivation.

This experience showed that small changes in daily life can generate big impacts and that health should always be a priority.

We are already looking forward to the next challenges and new adventures!

And you? Have you exercised today?

See you next time.

The DOit Team!
