25 Mar Monthly Update: New Versions Released in March 2025

Hey everyone!

DOit is constantly updating and enhancing our system with your suggestions and necessary industry requirements. The month of March has been packed with lots of new releases, and we are happy to share them with you.

To make it easier for you to find what you’re interested in, we’ve separated the releases by modules.

Below you can find the most important release notes for this month.

 

Invoices

  • Include DBA in invoice reports when applicable.
  • Adding the Shipping Date column in Invoices::Out::List e Invoices::Out::$.

 

Contacts

  • Adding columns with State and Federal document expiration data in Contacts::List 1 and Contacts::List 2. 

 

Calendar

  • A new External tab has been added under Calendar::Setup. This allows users to create new calendars and integrate external ones, such as Google or Outlook. All added calendars will be public and immediately visible to all users

 

Shipping

  • Adding Inventory ID in Shipping::Record::Items when selecting the LOT and keeping the serial number column hidden by default.
  • Now you can specify the dimensions for custom packages on the rates screen.

 

Sales

  • If an address is tagged as shipping or billing, it will automatically populate when selecting “Ship To” or “Bill To.”
