08 Apr Empowering Women at DOit: Our Team’s Inspiring Run at the Granado Pink Marathon

The well-being of our employees is essential to the success of the company. Therefore, we encourage practices that promote health and work-life balance. As part of this commitment, we supported our female team to participate in the Granado Pink Marathon, a special event in celebration of International Women’s Day.

The Granado Pink Marathon happened in São Paulo, Brazil, for its third edition in 2025, with an event exclusively for women. Scheduled for March 29th, the marathon took place at Villa-Lobos Park, bringing together more than 2,000 participants and offering a 3.11 mile course that could be completed by running or walking.

Each participant received an exclusive kit containing:

• Marathon number.
• T-shirt.
• Medal (for those who complete the marathon).
• Granado products, including foot bath sachet, pumice stone exfoliant, antiseptic powder and a personalized eco bag.

In addition to the marathon, the event provided a morning dedicated to well-being and self-care. In the arena set up inside the park, participants were able to enjoy services such as massages, nail polishing and other activities aimed at relaxation. The top five finishers in the overall category received trophies and special gifts.

The Granado Pink Marathon stands out for its environmental commitment, being the first race circuit in Brazil to seek Zero Waste certification. This means that more than 90% of the waste generated during the event was recycled, composted or other reuse processes, reinforcing awareness of the circular economy in the country.

For the DOit team the result could not have been better: all the ladies on the team completed the marathon and secured their medals. This participation reinforces our commitment not only to innovation and efficiency in the pharmaceutical sector, but also to valuing our team. We believe that healthy and motivated employees are the key to a more productive and harmonious work environment.
