25 Jul Monthly Update: New Versions Released in July 2025

Hey everyone!

DOit is constantly updating and enhancing our system with your suggestions and necessary industry requirements. The month of July has been packed with lots of new releases, and we are happy to share them with you.

To make it easier for you to find what you’re interested in, we’ve separated the releases by modules.

Below you can find the most important release notes for this month.

 

Invoices

  • Added Manufacturer and Labeler in the reports: Invoice (Detailed), Invoice, Invoice with Back Order, Detailed Invoice with Back Order, Detailed Invoice with Back Order – Compact.

 

Support

  • Added serial number tools which allow solving deserialization through the interface.

 

Invoices

  • Added NDC, GTIN, and QUANTITY columns in Invoices :: Out :: Record :: Lot and added LOCATION and GTIN columns in Shipping :: Record :: Lot.

 

Finances

  • Allowed the user to partially receive or pay an accounting entry from a recurrence.

 

Shipping

  • Added a new confirmation message when closing the shipping order with T3 items that have not been scanned.
  • Added NDC, GTIN, and QUANTITY columns in Invoices :: Out :: Record :: Lot and added LOCATION and GTIN columns in Shipping :: Record :: Lot.
  • Split lines for an item on the shipping record will now remain separate on the scanning screen.
  • Serial number matching is now case-insensitive on the scanning screen.
