27 Aug Monthly Update: New Versions Released in August 2025

Hey everyone!

DOit is constantly updating and enhancing our system with your suggestions and necessary industry requirements. The month of August has been packed with lots of new releases, and we are happy to share them with you.

To make it easier for you to find what you’re interested in, we’ve separated the releases by modules.

Below you can find the most important release notes for this month.

 

Invoices

  • Return invoices now generate EDI 810 files.
  • Added validation for the Organization Address when closing invoices on Invoices :: Out :: Record or Invoices :: In :: List.
  • Added ship to id column to Invoices :: Out :: List.

 

Receiving

  • Allows the user to accept an EPCIS file even when its purchase order contains the same product in multiple lines.
  • Now the PO Reference is appended in the GR’s reference when receiving from EPCIS.
  • Added filter to the GTIN column on the product line of Receiving :: Inbox :: Pending :: Items.
  • Added Warehouse column in Receiving :: Inbox :: Pending and Receiving :: Inbox :: All.
  • Allowed to receive the same serial number from EPCIS if it’s from a different product.

 

Inventory

  • Added location column to Inventory :: S/Ns :: In.

 

Shipping

  • Created a new Package Labels (4×6) report, which is the typical label size used by FedEx or UPS, in Shipping :: Record.
  • Added the serial number to the scanning screen error messages.
  • Added ship to id column to Shipping :: All Items.

 

Contacts

  • New EPCIS Strategy config on Contacts :: Record.
