29 Oct Monthly Update: New Versions Released in October 2025

Hey everyone!

DOit is constantly updating and enhancing our system with your suggestions and necessary industry requirements. The month of October has been packed with lots of new releases, and we are happy to share them with you.

To make it easier for you to find what you’re interested in, we’ve separated the releases by modules.

Below you can find the most important release notes for this month.

 

Product

  • Added a column with the product’s GCP information on the List of Products
  • Created a GTIN report that shows each GTIN available for a given product in Products :: List 1 and Products :: List 2.

 

Sales

  • Added a column responsible for showing whether a given item is controlled in Sales :: Record::Items.

 

Inventory

  • Added a mechanism to avoid concurrent changes on inventory data, when changing quantity availability.

 

Receiving

  • Added a link with the Purchase Order ID on Receiving :: Record that, when clicked, should take the user to Purchases :: Record.
  • Allowed EPCIS to be uploaded, if PO referenced in the file was previously deleted.
  • Goods receipts created for a regular PO (not EPCIS) will now save the scanned serial numbers but do not demand them to be scanned out.
  • Allowed scanning against EPCIS files with multiple lines for the same item.
  • Allowed to scan the location barcode in the location text field in Receiving :: Record :: Lot, disregarding the command text prefix.

 

Dashboard

  • Created a notification when an integrated Workd payment is made, users with access to the finance module are notified in the dashboard with the description of this financial entry.

 

Shipping

  • Added a column responsible for showing whether a given item is controlled in Shipping :: Record :: Items.

 

Invoice

  • Added a new Shipping field with date and time updated according to what is on Invoices :: Out :: Record.
  • Added the possibility of creating custom EPCIS routing to an SFTP server by customer GLN when sending outbound files to certain shipping addresses, this config is on Support :: EPCIS Routing.
  • Added ID and Timestamp to Invoices :: EPICS Log.
  • Allowed filtering by multiple statuses in Invoices :: Out :: List and Invoices :: In :: List.

 

Finances

  • Added an upload attachment column to Finances :: All :: List 1.
