Hey everyone!
DOit is constantly updating and enhancing our system with your suggestions and necessary industry requirements. The month of May has been packed with lots of new releases, and we are happy to share them with you.
To make it easier for you to find what you’re interested in, we’ve separated the releases by modules.
If you have any questions, remember to reach out to Support!
We’ll gladly show you how everything works. You can also schedule additional training!
Below you can find the most important release notes for this month.
Inventory
- Cycle count report now follows sorting and filtering from list.
- When a warehouse is created, a location record with an empty value is also automatically created for that warehouse in Inventory :: Setup :: Warehouses.
Sales
- Added a clickable link to the Product Name that redirects directly to the product detail page within Sales :: Record :: Items and Sales :: Record :: Out.
- A new type of sale operation “Demonstration” was added.
Dashboard
- Improvement on Stock Arrivals Dashboard performance by caching and also preloading all required information at once.
E-commerce
- From now on, a default payment term can be set on each WebStore. A new Default Pmt. Term column appears on the WebStore list (E-commerce :: WebStores), where active sales payment terms can be selected. When a sale order is integrated without specific payment conditions, and the customer doesn’t have their own terms on file, the system will use the WebStore’s default before falling back to the global system default.
Shipping
- Added City and State columns to listings in Shipping :: Allocation, Shipping :: Picking, Shipping :: Checked, and Shipping :: All Items, and adding a City field to the Picking List per SO report.
- Now DOit allows manually selecting SNs even if the IN is not serialized. That is the case for manually created SNs at time of receiving.
- Now any product GTIN in its record page field is considered a unit GTIN upon shipping even when it is in reality a case.
See you next month.
