29 Jul Monthly Update: New Versions Released in July 2026

Hey everyone!

DOit is constantly updating and enhancing our system with your suggestions and necessary industry requirements. The month of July has been packed with lots of new releases, and we are happy to share them with you.

To make it easier for you to find what you’re interested in, we’ve separated the releases by modules.

Below you can find the most important release notes for this month.

 

Contacts

  • New address field “DEA #” used for EDI integrations.

 

Finances

  • The date of a recurrence accounting entry is no longer updated if it has been edited.
  • Now, to delete an account at Finances :: Accounts the system requires the user to insert his login and password to confirm and avoid mistakes.

 

Sales

  • Price and Quantity columns will be added to the product selection modal located in Sales :: Record :: Items.

 

Shipping

  • New “goods description” field for shipping orders.
  • Now it is possible to ship items to PR if no customs documents are needed.

 

Inventory

  • Added the Batch and Email columns to the Inventory Items With Licences report, and added the Email column to the Inventory Out Items With T3 report, both located under Inventory :: Out.
  • Added a new column Color to Inventory :: Setup :: Locations.
