27 Aug Monthly Update: New Versions Released in August 2026

Hey everyone!

DOit is constantly updating and enhancing our system with your suggestions and necessary industry requirements. The month of August has been packed with lots of new releases, and we are happy to share them with you.

To make it easier for you to find what you’re interested in, we’ve separated the releases by modules.

Below you can find the most important release notes for this month.

 

Contacts

  • Preventing users without access to the Finance module from seeing bank information in Contacts :: History.

 

Invoices

  • The system now prevents users from creating a return invoice when all items from the original invoice have already been returned. In this case, a message will inform the user that there are no items left to return.

 

Inventory

  • A filter button for T3 download was added to Inventory :: Out and Inventory :: I/O.

 

Sales

  • Added a new option in Sales :: Setup :: Options that allows the PO # field to be set as mandatory on the sales record. When enabled, the system blocks the sale from being closed while the PO # field is blank.

 

Finances

  • Added three new fields to the advanced filter — Order ID, Invoice ID, and Expense ID — in all Finance listings.
  • Now you can do ACH transactions using the Pay-pact integration.

 

Shipping

  • Added a new “DOit” option under Shippings :: Configuration :: Options, when enabled, automatically prints the invoice report from the Shipping :: Record.
  • Added a column responsible for showing the sale’s ID in Shipping :: Record :: Items.

 

Product

  • The product code font size was made dynamic on Product Sticker by Quantity.
