Build the RXos marketplace upload file from your DOit ERP exports — one line per SKU.

1. WebStore Products List *required

The items to upload. Multiple lines per SKU (one per inbound lot) are collapsed to a single row.

2. List of Products (optional)

Full catalog. Used to fill in Strength (and Size fallback) by matching SKU.
How the columns are mapped
  • BRAND NAME — text inside [ ] in the WebStore Name (e.g. … [RESTASIS] → RESTASIS). Blank if none.
  • GENERIC NAME — the WebStore Name with the [BRAND] token removed.
  • SKU — WebStore SKU (kept as text to preserve leading zeros).
  • NDC — WebStore NDC.
  • Size — WebStore Size (falls back to List of Products Size).
  • Strength — List of Products Strength, matched by SKU.
  • Labeler — WebStore Labeler (falls back to Manufacturer).
  • Price — WebStore WebStore Price if set, otherwise Price.
  • Expiration Date — a single date per SKU. By default the earliest expiration among lots that still have stock (In Avl Qty > 0); if none, the earliest dated lot overall.
